M&D Salvage Return Policy

At M&D Salvage, customer satisfaction is our priority. The following return policy is set to ensure a clear understanding of our terms and conditions:

  1. Warranty: All parts come with a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage is limited to part replacement or store credit, determined at the manager’s discretion.
  2. Receipt Requirement: A valid receipt is essential for all returns or warranty claims. No returns will be accepted without a receipt.
  3. Company Mark Requirement: All returned parts must bear our company mark; otherwise, the warranty is voided.
  4. “As Is” Parts: Certain parts may be sold “as is” and do not carry a warranty.
  5. Core Returns: Cores must be returned within 30 days with the receipt for credit. Any cores left on our premises become our property.
  6. Special Order Parts: These must be returned within 7 days of pickup and must be accompanied by the receipt.
  7. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and will only be held for 15 days.
  8. Non-returnable Parts: All modules, seat belts, fuse boxes, and airbags carry no warranty and are non-returnable.
  9. Liability: M&D Salvage is not responsible for any damages incurred from the use of a used part, or the cost of its removal or installation.
